Dr. Timothy Jay, DC
Dr. Jay is a Chiropractic Physician and graduate of Logan University, where he received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. Prior to furthering his education, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Speech Pathology from the University of South Florida, and was a graduate of Jesuit High School in Tampa where he graduated with honors.
Utilizing a comprehensive and neurological approach to treating patients, Dr. Jay captures an individualized report of each patient and their particular health concerns. With the belief that true health is not merely the absence of symptoms, but the optimization of everyday life at work and play, he always looks to rejuvenate and maintain each patient’s health and wellness.
With a thorough diagnostic evaluation, Dr. Jay combines both neurological and orthopedic testing, along with functional assessments to determine the most appropriate care options for each unique circumstance. With a blend of physical medicine, lifestyle modification, and additional treatment options, Dr. Jay tries to provide patients with all of the necessary tools to get the most out of their treatment.
Working closely with patients, and deeply committed to each patient’s care, Dr. Jay employs several other holistic means of healthcare, including physiotherapy, physical manipulation, massage therapy, spinal decompression, manual therapy, and more. Through the utilization and healing principles of physical medicine techniques, Dr. Jay has enhanced the lives of many, and looks forward to helping you as well. In his spare time he enjoys canoeing, cars, and spending time with his wife and 2 children.


Nyaya Kricos, APRN, FNP-BC
Nyaya Kricos is a board certified family nurse practitioner who graduated with honors from South University. She has extensive experience in wound care, diabetes management and internal medicine with a strong passion for physical medicine. She believes in treating patients with a holistic, integrated approach that focuses on the root causes of diseases and disorders by utilizing orthopedic exams and implementing treatment modalities with a functional medicine foundation. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband, stand up paddle boarding, and relaxing on the beach.
